LOL Beat, the site design, copy, source code, brand elements, and original micro-beat audio files, in both the website and the iOS app, are copyright 2026 Darwinian Angel Ltd trading as Intuitioneer, unless stated otherwise.

Emoji characters are Unicode characters. The visual emoji artwork displayed by your browser or device may be provided by Apple, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, or another platform vendor, and those platform-specific designs may be owned by their respective owners.

You may press emojis, play the built-in beats, create mixes, copy mix links, share screenshots, and post screen recordings or social clips of LOL Beat mixes. You may also export a WAV recording of a mix you made and share it personally, socially, and creatively, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Ownership of the LOL Beat interface, brand, source code, and the original underlying sound assets stays with Darwinian Angel Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or repackage them — including by isolating individual sounds from an exported recording — as a competing product, sample pack, dataset, or standalone audio library without written permission.
