Terms of Service

LOL Beat is built to be frictionless: press emojis, make tiny mixes, and share them. These terms keep that simple.

Use of the service

LOL Beat is a free creative playground for pressing emojis and playing short musical beats. You may use it for personal, social, and creative purposes, subject to these terms.

Sharing mixes

You may copy and share LOL Beat mix links. Mix links contain the selected emoji sound keys and playback mode, so anyone with the link can open and play that mix.

Casual social sharing, screen recordings, and posts of your LOL Beat mixes are allowed, including for launch, review, and promotional use.

You may also export a WAV recording of a mix you made in LOL Beat and share it personally, socially, and creatively — for example posting a clip or sending it to a friend. Wider commercial licensing of exported audio is not granted here; if you need it, ask us first.

Sound files and site materials

The LOL Beat interface, copy, code, brand materials, and original micro-beat sound files are owned by Darwinian Angel Ltd trading as Intuitioneer, unless stated otherwise.

You may play the built-in beats through LOL Beat and share mixes and your own exported WAV recordings as described above. You may not extract, scrape, download, redistribute, resell, or repackage the underlying individual sound assets — including by isolating them from an export — as a sample pack, dataset, competing app, or standalone audio library without written permission.

Emoji characters

Emoji characters are part of the Unicode Standard. The exact emoji artwork you see is usually rendered by your device, browser, or platform, and those platform-specific emoji designs may belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, or use LOL Beat for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Website and iOS app

These terms cover both the LOL Beat website and the LOL Beat iOS app. The app is free, requires no account, contains no ads or in-app purchases, and works offline. Where Apple terms apply to your download, those apply in addition to these terms; Apple is not responsible for the app or for support of it.

Availability and changes

LOL Beat is provided as a lightweight website and as a free iOS app. We may change, pause, remove, or update features, sounds, categories, links, or these terms at any time, on either or both.

No warranty

LOL Beat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darwinian Angel Ltd trading as Intuitioneer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of LOL Beat.
